Ingredients
12–18 Silver dollar pancakes (homemade or store-bought)
8 strips Thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy
1 cup Fresh strawberries, halved
1 cup Fresh blueberries
2 Kiwis, sliced into rounds
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Pure maple syrup
1/4 cup Granola
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare your board by cleaning a large wooden or marble surface and gathering 2-3 small ramekins for the liquid ingredients.
Step 2: Fill the ramekins with maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and any jams or honey you wish to include, then place them spaced out on the board as anchors.
Step 3: Cook the pancakes and bacon according to your favorite recipe or package instructions, ensuring they stay warm until assembly.
Step 4: Place the warm pancakes in a stacked or overlapping pattern near the center of the board.
Step 5: Arrange the crispy bacon strips in a cluster or fan them out alongside the pancakes.
Step 6: Fill the remaining large spaces with the strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi slices, grouping them by color for visual impact.
Step 7: Sprinkle granola over the yogurt and tuck fresh mint sprigs into any remaining small gaps to finish the look.
Notes
To keep pancakes warm, you can keep them in a 200°F oven until you are ready to assemble the board.
