Ingredients
16 oz white chocolate baking chips
1 cup candy corn
1/2 cup salted pretzels, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons Halloween-themed sprinkles
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional for drizzling)
Instructions
Step 1: Line a 9×9 inch baking pan or a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
Step 3: Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread evenly using an offset spatula until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
Step 4: Immediately sprinkle the candy corn, chopped pretzels, and sprinkles over the wet chocolate, pressing down lightly to secure them.
Step 5: If using, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle it over the top for a decorative finish.
Step 6: Allow the bark to set at room temperature for 2 hours or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until completely firm.
Step 7: Once set, lift the parchment paper out of the pan and cut the bark into rectangular bars or break into irregular pieces.
Notes
Store in a cool, dry place to prevent the chocolate from blooming. Use high-quality white chocolate for the best texture.
