Ingredients
16 oz semi-sweet dark chocolate melting wafers
4 oz neon green candy melts
1/4 cup candy eyeballs
2 tbsp spooky-themed sprinkles (stars, bones, or pearls)
Optional: 1/4 cup crushed pretzels for added crunch
Instructions
Step 1: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to ensure your cauldron candy bark recipe doesn’t stick.
Step 2: Melt the dark chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
Step 3: Spread the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
Step 4: Melt the green candy melts in a separate small bowl. Drop small spoonfuls of the green melt onto the wet dark chocolate.
Step 5: Use a toothpick to swirl the colors together, then immediately top with candy eyeballs and sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
Step 6: Allow the bark to set at room temperature for 1-2 hours or in the refrigerator for 20 minutes until firm, then break into shards.
Notes
Store the bark in a cool, dry place. If your kitchen is warm, keep it in an airtight container in the fridge to prevent melting.
