Gourmet Individually Portioned Charcuterie Cups

A sophisticated and portable twist on the classic charcuterie board, these individual cups are perfect for parties, weddings, and social gatherings.

  • Total Time: PT30M
  • Yield: 12 cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale

12 wide-mouth paper or plastic cups (9 oz size)
24 slices Italian dry salami
12 slices Prosciutto di Parma
6 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 wheel of Brie, cut into 12 small wedges
1 cup Green grapes
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
12 long Breadsticks (grissini)
24 artisanal Crackers
1/2 cup Marcona almonds
12 fresh Rosemary sprigs for garnish
12 Honey sticks (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Gather all ingredients and prep the meats by folding the salami into quarters or rolling them into ‘roses’ using a small glass or by hand.
Step 2: Place a small tablespoon of Marcona almonds at the bottom of each cup to act as a stable base for the other ingredients.
Step 3: Insert one long breadstick and two crackers into the back of the cup to create height and structure.
Step 4: Thread one olive and one cube of cheddar onto a small wooden skewer; repeat for all 12 cups and place them inside against the breadsticks.
Step 5: Gently nestle a wedge of Brie and a small cluster of grapes into the front of the cup.
Step 6: Add the folded salami and prosciutto ribbons into the remaining gaps, ensuring they are visible from the front.
Step 7: Finish each cup with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a honey stick for a touch of elegance and extra flavor.

Notes

To prevent crackers from getting soggy, assemble the cups no more than 2 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated until 20 minutes before guests arrive.
