Ingredients
1 store-bought pizza dough (or homemade)
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup leftover gravy, cranberry sauce, or tomato pizza sauce
1 cup cooked shredded turkey or diced ham
1/2 cup cooked chopped roasted vegetables (e.g., Brussels sprouts, carrots, green beans)
1/2 cup crumbled stuffing
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan or cheddar cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley or thyme, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat. Roll out your pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface or parchment paper. Lightly brush the dough with olive oil.
Step 2: Spread a thin, even layer of your chosen sauce (gravy, cranberry sauce, or pizza sauce) over the prepared dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Step 3: Evenly distribute the shredded turkey or diced ham over the sauce. Follow with the chopped roasted vegetables and crumbled stuffing.
Step 4: Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over all the toppings. If using, add Parmesan or cheddar cheese.
Step 5: Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven or pizza stone. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley or thyme. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with other leftover cheeses like smoked gouda or provolone. A drizzle of balsamic glaze or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes after baking can add an extra layer of flavor.
