The Classic Dirty Soda

A refreshing and creamy beverage made with Diet Coke, coconut syrup, lime, and heavy cream.

  • Total Time: PT2M
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale

12 oz Diet Coke (or soda of choice), chilled
1–2 tbsp Coconut syrup (like Torani)
1/2 Fresh lime, sliced into wedges
1–2 tbsp Heavy cream
Pebble ice or crushed ice

Instructions

Step 1: Fill a large glass (about 16-20 oz) three-quarters full with pebble ice or crushed ice.
Step 2: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut syrup directly over the ice, depending on your preferred level of sweetness.
Step 3: Slowly pour the chilled Diet Coke into the glass, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
Step 4: Squeeze the juice from two lime wedges into the soda and drop the wedges into the glass.
Step 5: Gently pour the heavy cream over the top of the soda and allow it to swirl naturally. Stir slightly if desired and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Use pebble ice for the most authentic experience. You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
