Ingredients
24–30 frozen pork or chicken dumplings (potstickers)
24 oz marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the marinara sauce with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Step 3: Spread about 1/2 cup of the sauce at the bottom of the baking dish in an even layer.
Step 4: Place half of the frozen dumplings in a single layer over the sauce.
Step 5: Layer half of the spinach over the dumplings, followed by 1/2 cup of sauce and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Step 6: Repeat the layers with the remaining dumplings, spinach, sauce, and cheeses (mozzarella and parmesan).
Step 7: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden. Garnish with parsley and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure the dumplings are completely covered in sauce so they steam properly under the foil.
