2 cups boiling water
2 cups tonic water (must contain quinine)
Optional: Gummy worms or eyeballs for garnish

Step 2: Stir constantly for at least 2 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved and no crystals remain.
Step 3: Slowly pour in the cold tonic water and stir gently to combine without creating too many bubbles.
Step 4: Carefully pour the mixture into clear plastic cups or small glass jars.
Step 5: Refrigerate the eerie glow jello cups for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is completely firm.
Step 6: Just before serving, add your chosen garnishes like gummy worms to the top of the eerie glow jello cups.
Step 7: Place the cups under a blacklight and watch your eerie glow jello cups shine!
Notes
Ensure the tonic water contains quinine to achieve the glowing effect. Diet tonic water also works if you want to reduce sugar.
