Ingredients
8 oz Triple Cream Brie
6 oz Aged Extra Sharp Cheddar
4 oz Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese
4 oz Prosciutto di Parma
4 oz Spicy Salami
2 Honeycrisp apples, sliced
1 cup Red grapes
1/2 cup Fresh figs, halved
1/2 cup Dried apricots
1/4 cup Fig jam
1/4 cup Raw honey with honeycomb
1/2 cup Candied pecans
1/2 cup Pistachios
1 box Assorted artisan crackers
Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Select a large wooden board or platter as the base for your epic fall charcuterie board.
Step 2: Place small ramekins for the fig jam and honey in opposite corners of the board to act as anchors.
Step 3: Position the Brie, Cheddar, and Goat cheese in different areas, ensuring they are not touching.
Step 4: Fold the prosciutto and salami into ribbons or rosettes and place them in a curved line across the center of the epic fall charcuterie board.
Step 5: Fan out the sliced apples and clusters of grapes in the larger open spaces.
Step 6: Fill the remaining small gaps with dried apricots, figs, pecans, and pistachios until the board looks full.
Step 7: Tuck sprigs of fresh rosemary between the elements to add a pop of green and a woodsy aroma to your epic fall charcuterie board.
Step 8: Serve immediately at room temperature with a side of crackers and sliced baguette.
Notes
Ensure you slice the apples just before serving or toss them in lemon juice to prevent browning.
