Frozen Yogurt Bark

A deliciously refreshing and customizable frozen snack made with creamy Greek yogurt and your favorite toppings. Perfect for a healthy treat or light dessert.

  • Total Time: 3 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 12-16 pieces 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups (500g) plain full-fat Greek yogurt
2–4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, sliced strawberries)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
2 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and maple syrup (or honey). Stir well until the sweetener is fully incorporated and the yogurt mixture is smooth.
Step 2: Line a large baking sheet (approximately 9×13 inches) with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy lifting.
Step 3: Pour the sweetened yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using an offset spatula or the back of a spoon, spread the yogurt evenly into a thin layer, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
Step 4: Evenly sprinkle the mixed berries, chopped nuts, shredded coconut (if using), and chia seeds (if using) over the yogurt layer. Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to ensure they adhere.
Step 5: Carefully transfer the baking sheet to the freezer. Freeze for at least 2-4 hours, or until the Frozen Yogurt Bark is completely solid and can be easily snapped.
Step 6: Once thoroughly frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper with the bark and place it on a cutting board. Break or cut the frozen bark into irregular pieces. Store the pieces in an airtight, freezer-safe container for up to 2-3 weeks.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. You can customize toppings with any fruits, nuts, seeds, or even a drizzle of melted chocolate after freezing.
