Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme (fluff)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Assorted fresh fruits for serving (strawberries, grapes, apples, melon, etc.)
Instructions
Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until it is completely smooth and creamy. Ensure there are no lumps.
Step 2: Add the marshmallow creme and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Continue beating on medium speed for another 2-3 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Beat until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is light and fluffy.
Step 3: Transfer the fruit dip to an airtight container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly. Chilling also improves the texture.
Step 4: When ready to serve, spoon the chilled fruit dip into a serving bowl and arrange an assortment of fresh fruits around it. Enjoy this delightful fruit dip recipe with your favorite dippers!
Notes
For best results, ensure cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature. This dip can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If serving apples, toss them lightly with lemon juice to prevent browning.
