Ingredients
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 tablespoon Pickle juice (dill or bread and butter)
1 teaspoon Yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1 pinch Cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: In a small to medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper if using. Whisk again to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
Step 3: Stir in the pickle juice and yellow mustard. Mix until the sauce reaches a uniform consistency.
Step 4: Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
Notes
For a tangier sauce, use dill pickle juice. For a sweeter version, use bread and butter pickle juice.
