Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 3/4 cups heavy cream or half-and-half
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Optional: 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for mocha flavor
Instructions
Step 1: In a large mason jar or a clean glass container, pour in the sweetened condensed milk.
Step 2: Add the heavy cream or half-and-half to the container.
Step 3: Add the vanilla extract and any other optional liquid flavorings you desire.
Step 4: Secure the lid tightly and shake the jar vigorously for about 30-60 seconds until the ingredients are completely combined and smooth.
Step 5: Store the homemade coffee creamer in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or until the expiration date on your milk/cream carton.
Notes
Always check the expiration date on your dairy products before starting. The creamer will stay fresh as long as the dairy used is fresh.
