Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup crushed buttery crackers (e.g., Ritz)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed crackers, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 3: Place the melted butter in a separate shallow bowl.

Step 5: Immediately press the butter-coated chicken into the cracker mixture, coating it generously. Press down firmly to ensure the imperial chicken recipe easy outstanding crust adheres well.
Step 6: Place the breaded chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter over the top if desired.
Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the imperial chicken recipe easy outstanding crust is golden brown.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
Notes
For extra crunch, use a wire rack on your baking sheet. This prevents the bottom of the chicken from becoming soggy.
