Ingredients
2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted
1.5 cups pink guava nectar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Step 1: Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pits, placing the fruit directly into a high-speed blender.
Step 2: Add the guava nectar, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt to the blender with the mango.
Step 3: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, or pulse briefly if you prefer small fruit chunks.
Step 4: Pour the mango guava mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about a quarter-inch of space at the top for expansion.
Step 5: Tap the molds on the counter to remove air bubbles, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until solid.
Notes
Use very ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness. If using fresh guava, strain the puree to remove seeds.
