Ingredients
1 cup Unflavored Soju (chilled)
1/2 cup Fresh Mango Puree
1/2 cup Diced Fresh Mango
2 Melona Melon Popsicle Bars
1 cup Lemon-Lime Soda or Sparkling Water
Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish
Ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1: Chill your serving glasses in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to ensure the mango melon soju cocktail recipe stays cold.
Step 2: In a small bowl, prepare your mango by pureeing half of it and dicing the other half into small, bite-sized pieces.
Step 3: Fill each chilled glass halfway with ice cubes, then pour 1/2 cup of soju into each glass.
Step 4: Add 1/4 cup of mango puree to each glass and stir gently to combine with the soju.
Step 5: Top each glass with lemon-lime soda, leaving enough room for the popsicle.
Step 6: Unwrap the Melona bars and place one into each glass, using it as a stirrer.
Step 7: Garnish with the diced mango pieces and a sprig of fresh mint before serving your mango melon soju cocktail recipe immediately.
Notes
For a less sweet version, use sparkling water instead of Sprite. Ensure all ingredients are very cold before assembly.
