No-Bake Strawberry Jello Lasagna

A refreshing layered dessert featuring a Golden Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake layer, fresh strawberries, and vibrant strawberry Jell-O. Perfect for summer gatherings, this no-bake treat is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

  • Total Time: 4 hours 30 minutes (includes chilling)
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 (15.3 ounce) package Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed (like Cool Whip), divided
2 pounds fresh strawberries, sliced, divided
2 (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored gelatin (Jell-O)
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water

Instructions

Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Golden Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in one 8-ounce container of thawed whipped topping until just combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Step 3: Arrange half of your sliced fresh strawberries evenly over the set cream cheese layer.
Step 4: In a separate medium bowl, dissolve both packages of strawberry Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring for at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add 2 cups of cold water and stir. Let the Jell-O mixture cool completely to room temperature (about 15-20 minutes) but do not let it set. Carefully pour the cooled Jell-O mixture over the strawberries and cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for another 1-2 hours, or until the Jell-O layer is mostly set but still slightly soft.
Step 5: Gently spread the remaining 8-ounce container of thawed whipped topping over the partially set Jell-O layer, creating a smooth, even surface.
Step 6: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and return it to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, for best setting. Before serving, garnish with the remaining fresh strawberry slices.

Notes

For best results, ensure your cream cheese is fully softened and your Jell-O mixture is cooled to room temperature before pouring to prevent layers from mixing. Chilling overnight provides the best set for clean slices.
