Ingredients
1 cup fresh lemon juice (approx. 6–8 lemons)
1/2 cup dill pickle brine
3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Fresh lemon wheels for garnish
Mini dill pickles or pickle spears for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Juice the lemons until you have 1 cup of fresh liquid.
Step 2: In a large pitcher, whisk together the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Step 3: Stir in the dill pickle brine until well combined.
Step 4: Add the cold water and stir vigorously.
Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the drink to become ice cold.
Step 6: Fill glasses with ice and pour the Pickle Lemonade over the top.
Step 7: Garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and a pickle spear before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality dill pickle juice for the best flavor. Avoid bread and butter pickle juice unless you want a much sweeter, spiced profile.
