Ingredients
4 thick-cut bone-in pork chops
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet (1 oz) dry Ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
Step 2: Place the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer if possible.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
Step 4: Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure each one is well-coated.
Step 5: Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the pork is tender and cooked through.
Step 6: Remove the chops carefully and stir the gravy. Serve the pork chops topped with the warm sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Using bone-in chops provides better flavor, but boneless can be used—just reduce cook time by 1 hour.
