Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (for searing)
Instructions
Step 1: Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chops for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown (optional but recommended).
Step 3: Place the seared pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
Step 5: Pour the mixture over the pork chops, ensuring they are well-covered.
Step 6: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours until the meat is tender.
Step 7: Serve hot over mashed potatoes or noodles, spooning the extra gravy over the top.
Notes
For the best results, use thick-cut bone-in chops. If using boneless, reduce cook time by 1 hour.
