Ingredients
1 pound (16 oz) mini pretzel twists
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line two large rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a very large mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and lemon pepper until well combined.
Step 3: Add the pretzels to the bowl and use a large rubber spatula to toss them gently but thoroughly until every pretzel is evenly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
Step 4: Divide the coated pretzels between the two prepared baking sheets, spreading them out into a single layer.
Step 5: Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and stir the pretzels around to ensure even cooking. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and allow the pretzels to cool completely on the baking sheets. They will become much crunchier as they cool down.
Step 7: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
Notes
Ensure the pretzels are completely cool before storing to maintain maximum crunchiness.
