Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops - Tender slow cooker ranch pork chops served on a plate with creamy sauce, garnished with fresh herbs.

Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops

Tender, juicy pork chops bathed in a rich, creamy ranch-flavored sauce, all made effortlessly in your slow cooker. A perfect fuss-free weeknight meal for busy families!

  • Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless pork chops (about 1 to 1.5 inches thick)
1 (1 oz) packet dry ranch seasoning mix
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
Optional: 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp cold water (for thickening sauce)
Optional: Fresh parsley or chives, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. This helps any seasoning adhere better.
Step 2: Place the pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker. Evenly sprinkle half of the dry ranch seasoning mix over both sides of the pork chops.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and the remaining half of the ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
Step 4: Pour the soup mixture evenly over the pork chops in the slow cooker, ensuring they are mostly covered.
Step 5: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2.5-3.5 hours, until the pork chops are fork-tender and shred easily.
Step 6: If you prefer a thicker sauce, carefully remove the cooked pork chops and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water to create a slurry. Stir this slurry into the hot liquid in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for another 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency. Return the pork chops to the thickened sauce and gently stir to coat.
Step 7: Serve your Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops hot with your favorite sides and garnish with fresh parsley or chives, if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

For even more flavor, you can quickly sear the pork chops in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side before placing them in the slow cooker. This adds a nice crust and depth of flavor, though it’s an optional step.
