Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry
1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine the dried spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper flakes, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with a fork until well combined.
Step 3: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture for each crisp and place onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each.
Step 4: Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon to ensure even cooking.
Step 5: Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and allow the spinach dip cheese crisps to cool on the pan for 5-10 minutes until firm before serving.
Notes
Ensure the spinach is completely dry to prevent the crisps from becoming soggy. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
